Support and accountability is a HUGE factor in success; therefore, this will be a safe space that allows you to share your wins, struggles and questions you may have along your journey.
Personalized Macronutrients and Grocery List
You will be able to eat what you want within reason, so this challenge is open to all dietary restrictions. Macronutrients will be explained with a video and PDF documention along with being provided your macronutrient numbers.
You will check in within the app every week with your weight, progress pics and [optional: body stats (waist, arm, leg, neck size)]
